Territory Sales Representatives

Develop merchandise relationships and help clients connect their goals to the right Runnin’ Merch support.

Responsibilities may include

  • Identify and develop qualified business, organization, brand, artist, and event opportunities
  • Understand customer goals, timing, quantities, and program needs
  • Coordinate clear project information with the internal team
  • Maintain professional communication and long-term client relationships
  • Follow opportunities from first conversation through next steps

Graphic Artists

Create and prepare merchandise artwork that can move from concept through production.

Responsibilities may include

  • Develop original merchandise concepts and production-ready artwork
  • Adapt client artwork for products, placements, and decoration methods
  • Prepare files accurately for screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and related uses
  • Manage revisions, specifications, file organization, and deadlines
  • Communicate creative and production concerns clearly

Portfolio: Graphic artist applicants should be prepared to provide relevant work samples or a portfolio.

Production Laborers

Support the hands-on work required to prepare, produce, check, organize, and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities may include

  • Prepare garments, materials, work areas, and production supplies
  • Assist with production processes under team direction
  • Check quality and identify visible issues
  • Count, sort, fold, label, pack, and prepare orders for pickup or shipping
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support changing production priorities and deadlines
