What is turn around time?

Our average turn around time is 10 business days (Mon – Fri) plus shipping time. Although things are usually done sooner. A sooner delilvery can be arranged if it is needed (charges may apply). Adding additional finishings to your order may extend your turn around time.

How much does it cost?

Our price varies depending on different factors like quanity, brand of garment and complexity of design. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our contact us page for more information.

Can I get a specific brand of garment for my order?

Yes, we can source almost anything you can come up with. Just let us know what you are looking for.

How do I pay?

You can pay your invoice online or in person. We accpet Zelle, wire transfers and all major credit cards. Personal checks are accepted but production will not start until the check is cleared.

How do to send my artwork?

For art files under 20MB send to print@runninmerch.com. For art files over 10MB upload the files to www.wetransfer.com and send to print@runninmerch.com. Art file should be in vector format and at least 300 dpi or a one time artwork editing fee may apply. Preferred file types are .PSD, .EPS, .PNG & .AI. Make sure Adobe Illustrator files have all text converted to outlines on a solid or negative background.
